Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Light Mandi
At Light Mandi, your satisfaction matters. Please review the guidelines below for returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.
1) Return Policy
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, in the original packaging, and include all tags with a receipt/invoice.
- Start a return by emailing info@lightmandi.com or calling +91 87002 60050.
- Ship returns to: Chandni Chowk, Delhi – 6.
- Once approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions.
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee: “no-questions-asked” returns incur a 15% re-stocking fee.
2) Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
3) Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Sale items or gift cards
- Custom/personalized products
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you’re unsure about a product’s eligibility, please contact us before initiating a return.
4) Exchange Policy
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@lightmandi.com or +91 87002 60050.
- To qualify, the item must be unused and returned with:
- Original packaging
- Tags & barcodes
- User manual, warranty card
- Invoice/receipt
- We’ll arrange pickup via our logistics partner. If pickup isn’t available in your area, we’ll request a reputable courier and reimburse approved charges.
- All returned items are subject to inspection/verification. If a claim is invalid, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Once approved, we dispatch the replacement within 24 hours.
5) Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Your bank/card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
- If 15 business days pass after approval and you haven’t received the refund, contact us at info@lightmandi.com or +91 87002 60050.
6) Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel an order before it has shipped, not after.
- If you have an account, cancel from your “My Orders” page; otherwise email info@lightmandi.com or call +91 87002 60050.
7) European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you may cancel/return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
